Saturday morning I went to the Dallas Farmers Market and brought back the best ravioli's ever, very tasty pork that far surpassed any pork tenderloin I've ever brought home from the grocery store, and some tasty peaches that were very ripe. Last night while making some comfort food I came upon this recipe, thanks to good' ol Alton Brown.
Individual Peach Upside Down Cakes. I used milk instead of butter milk and it still came out tasty as ever. I'm making this again with other fruits. It's nice to know the dessert is gone. It's not lasting around the house calling my name out for me to eat in one sitting.
