Lots of people are saying that they iPhone is great, except that the keyboard is weird to use, slow, confusing, etc. I've used a few smartphones, and let me tell you, none of them are a picnic to type on. (Although my Nokia E62 is a breeze. Much easier than a Treo or the Blackberries I've used.)

Anyway. This video makes my point for me:

That is amazing!!!!!
It bothers me that people assume that technology will just work for them and that they shouldn't have to work to understand things, and if people would put a little bit of time into learning how things work it would be so much better!
