03/12/2007: "Iron Chef"

Iron Chef Tarrant County. Croney vs. Sandruck. This is the first challenge between the Croney Clan and the Sandrucks. The secret ingredient will be Chocolate! Terri, and Keith will be the judges and Jeremy is serving as an honorary judge. The winner of the challenge will then become judges for subsequent challenges and also choose the secret ingredient. I will not be posting any ideas for the chocolate recipes, however, anyone that wants to reccomend ideas, please email Jon or me. We will be doing an appetiser, entree, and dessert. As in Iron Chef, we get up to 10 points for taste, 5 for plating and 5 for originality. We'll add details after we win the challenge. smile
