08/02/2006: "emotional outburst a good thing"

So this morning I had an emotional outburst and it made me a little bit later than I wanted to be for leaving but when I drove past school there was an accident that I had just happened, about the time I was supposed to be passing through there. Anyway, so besides making me feel better for getting my anger/frustration out it also kept me out of harms way. satisfied
