feeling: Fine, I guess.

I love eggs.

I especially love hard boiled eggs. I love them in salads, and as egg salad, and I love them as a healthy protien-laden snack.

However, I do not know how to prepare them satisfactorily, nor do I know how to store them properly, therefore making them inefficiant to prepare in large numbers...which is the only way I would ever do it.

That's all I've got today. Have a good one.

Eggs will be a good snack. Here are some guidelines to keep me from wining about them. Cook them and eat them when I'm not around. Brush or eat a mint after eating one if I'm expected home soon. Seal them tightly so no odor can escape. Enjoy.

Eggs keep for about four weeks in the fridge, unless you hard boil them, after which they only last for like 2 or 3 days. The reason why is eggs in the U.S. are coated with a mineral oil that keeps bacteria from growing on the shell, but boiling the eggs washes that coating off. Hooray for useless things I have learned at my job.
