So, how cool is it that other people are posting on the 'blog? It's pretty freakin' cool...that's how cool it is. It was the intention of this site that we'd use it to keep track of each other and let each other know about what's going on in our lives without having to say "I hate my job" or "I like to play video games" or "You know, I ate a lot of croissants while I was on our cruise" when we saw everyone..and I'm glad that someone else looks like they get it!

Hopefully Jocie will be posting about the kooky dream that she had the other night (which, I understand will be accompanied by a drawing), and I will be using this space to solicit reactions to a new website I am building in the course of my JOB SEARCH!

Before this post gets too long though, I'll put the rest after the jump... Okay. So, I am leaving my job. They asked me the other day, and Tony really wouldn't let me up about it...and I was having a "I am going to quit" sort of day, so I told him the truth, which is, I am looking for a new job. He asked me how long I was going to stay, and I said that I am planning on leaving in March...but that if someone offers me a dreamy job, I will not turn them down.

So that's that. If you know someone who is looking for a wicked talented designer, and actually wants them to design things, you know, hook a brother up.

It is Friday. I have not yet determined whether or not my comments are welcome on this site, however i continue to post. I have worked for the past 10 days straight, each of them consisting of 16 hour days. So, that being said, i am having what jon has dubbed an "I am going to quit" week. I am glad i have a job, but i live under the philosophy work to live not live to work. I think my heart is going to beat out of my chest because of the mocha coffee thingy i just drank from Dunkin Donuts that the Middle Eastern Gentleman made for me. I am still debating whether or not I should sleep in tomorrow morning or go and release some stress and play paintball in Dover which is about an hour and a half away. In the morning. On a saturday. I am trying to save money because i have begun to be ever increasingly interested in the stock market, and Sirius Radio in particular. Lord knows i dont have the cheese to throw down right now, but i see that stock climbing in the coming weeks in my crystal ball. Now I know I am rambling on trying to kill time this morning. So, Jon, this message is for you. Email me or something.

So after my terrrible crit las night I too understand the desire to quit but at this stage that would mean starting over on a dream that I am not yet willing to give up on. Oh well there's only two and a half more years on this project of mine.
But atleast I am going to get a trip to Rome out of this.
