08/27/2004: "Today's work-related Rant"

feeling: Ummm. No.

Ummm...I might be wrong, but I don't think it's too much to ask that people know how to use their computers. I mean, yesterday I must have answered the same question like 10 times...the answer to all of which was "Have you tried to reboot your computer?" That fixed it.

Your computer is a tool. Learn how to use it. Granted, it's more complex than a hammer, but it hasn't been around as long either. Maybe in a few thousand years the computer will be as easy to use...but you won't be drawing breath then, so learn to use a computer now.

Actually, there are people who can't use a hammer either. Fuck it, stay home people. wink
